When will my order arrive?
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 8 to 25 days for most items and 15 to 30 days for some liquid, cream, and powder cosmetics. Orders ship from outside the United States. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I return it?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unopened items. Opened makeup can't be returned, for hygiene reasons. If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we replace it for free or refund you. See our Refund Policy.
How do I choose the right shade?
Check the shade swatches and photos on this page. Screens show color differently, so a shade can look a little different in person. Not sure? Write to us before you order and we'll help.
Who makes your products?
We don't manufacture makeup. We select products from makers we work with through our sourcing partner. Some products arrive in the maker's own branded packaging.
How can I pay? Is checkout secure?
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The options available for your order are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
